Chatbot joins the chat with Hello right after/once agents leave the first response. Even access the flow that we don't allow the AI chatbot to leave any messages (it worked well before)

@Rohit Joshi we are still having the same problem with bot interrupting live chats with agents. Have updated the queued reply time too but still having problems.
