It looks like the invoice is still unpaid on Paddle.

This follow up msg is coming 2 times while i have only set it here also between the two messages what is that icon

You can disable the Followup message if you are using studio and send message directly from studio.

Currently, One message is coming from widget customisation option and one from studio.

i already did it but after that also this same think. I belive it takes sometime to get removed

For this user i can see the plan details but i am not able to see the email id

what could be the reason

I creaed a flow then yesterday around 8 pm i disabled it

currently there in 1 flow in studio for unavailable hours

Just checking—after disabling the flow, is everything working fine now? Also, could you please confirm earlier if the same message was added to the flow as well?
