Hello guys? I sent a question two days ago and received no reply. I mainly want to know how to set up a counter that counts time and if there has been no answer in a certain amount of time, it follows a predetermined path. I have another use case, where I would like this to happen after escalating to a human (so that if the human support agent doesn't answer in like 5 minutes, an automatic message gets sent to the user saying I'm sorry for the wait).
