If you’re experiencing issues with a different widget, please check the security settings of your chatbot — it’s possible that a restriction there is preventing the widget from loading. Also I noticed that you’ve added some IP addresses to the Nadia bot. This might be restricting the bot’s access. Could you please check and verify the security settings of the Nadia bot?

You can try removing the IPs and test again. Let me know if you’d like me to clear the security settings, just for your testing.

done .. now its working after remove ip server adress but if add ip server chat is not not allow how to scurity this chat

When you allow a specific IP address in the security settings, all other IPs are blocked, and your widget will only work for the allowed IP. If you want to block certain IPs instead, you can use the “Block IP” option — this will block only the specified IPs while allowing access from all others.

If I add the server's IP address, the website's chat will not run under Nadia's name. That's why I'm asking how I can add the server's IP address while still being able to run the chatbot.

Could you please share more details about your use case? like how you are trying to make it work with the block/allow functionality
