Hi. I signed up under one email address and assigned others as owners. But when another owner subscribed, it didn't take to the original signup account so the active subscription isn't applied to our active instance, yet the chatbot is accessable under both logins. I need to resolve this ASAP as the chatbot is down.

I recently spoke with your colleague via live chat regarding this issue.

I explained that the original account was ops@.com, and the current subscription is marked as past_due. To resolve this, we would need to reactivate the past_due subscription and cancel the one associated with dustin@**.com. After that, the payment made from dustin@***.com will be reversed.

Alternatively, you can create a new chatbot under dustin@****.com and invite your colleague to collaborate on that chatbot.

You can make yourself the owner of the organization by inviting your own email as the organization owner. This will give you access to the billing section. Please also consider updating the organization’s name for clarity and to avoid any confusion.

I am logged in as ops@ubuyfirst.com, I see dustin@ubuyfirst.com is already invited as owner, but I don't have owner access to the billing on dustin@ubuyfirst.com
