I'm used to using AI and the Crisp chatbot, and I just started using YourGPT today. There's no way I'm struggling to use it—this thing seems full of bugs. The studio doesn't work as it should, and support is nonexistent—they never respond to the chat. I'm going to request a refund.

Actually, you are not recapturing the variable when user clicks on 'no' and directly passing to AI

I got you, but I am just triyng to the AI on this step don't reply the customer without the customer mention the question.

Peter
Peter19/03/2025 18:45

What is the better way to do that?

Peter
Peter19/03/2025 18:46

If you see the AI is repliyng that didn't understand the question, because she didn't wait the customer answer.

I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to achieve with “trigger the intent.” Could you clarify your use case?
