Hi, I've set up different projects in YourGPT to address different use cases. In one of them, for the Helpdesk feature, I'm being constantly reprompted to select a workspace name to use as domain, even though I've already set up one. Can you please help with this issue?

Is this bot a duplicate of another one? If so, what workspace name are you using for it? Are you encountering any errors?

Hey @Sahil, Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the late reply. I've connected the account to discord, as per your request. This bot is not a duplicate of another one, it's a unique one. The domain used on this bot is unique as well. On the other bot I use, I'm not encountering any issues with accessing the helpdesk. On this one, the domain I set up is well accessible, I just receive a prompt to create a new domain every time I access the Helpdesk tab via the lateral nav bar, even though the domain has already been set up.

Hello @Guigz The issue has been resolved on your project. Please check again. It appears the problem was related to the domain — it may have been previously registered in one of your earlier projects, or possibly copied from a cloned project. That’s likely why you were seeing the error.
