Upon closer analysis, we determined that the issue stemmed from one of our AI training subprocessors, VoyageAI: https://voyageai-status.statuspage.io/

Their recent downtime caused intermittent request failures across affected services. We've implemented a workaround to stabilize performance. While VoyageAI continues to be a strong partner for AI training, we've noticed a pattern of outages—likely linked to their rapid expansion following MongoDB’s recent acquisition.

It’s important to note that not all projects depend on VoyageAI. We also support other providers, including OpenAI, for model training. If you're experiencing disruptions in near future, let us know—I'd be happy to assist and review your setup.

Actually, I completely understand how important the ability to send WhatsApp messages to existing contacts is. As mentioned earlier, we had some issues regarding whatsapp template in the past and gave your alternative approach.

However, in our recent standup discussions, the team has aligned on prioritizing this functionality. We’re taking significant steps in that direction, and this is next big item on our roadmap and we will happy to give the beta access of this feature.
