Upon further checking the unread messages in Crisp, they prove me right as all the messages was gone through Crisp system during the chatbot was malfunctioning from 00:00am to 9:00am. If chatbot was working correctly, these messages should appear in YourGPT's conversation system instead of Crisp system.

@Perry If the throttling limits are reached, the bot may stop receiving new messages from Crisp or any other integration.

could you please check your throttling settings, as misconfigured or exceeded limits can lead to this behavior. Adjusting the limits or optimizing the message flow should help resolve the issue.

@Rohit Joshi Good insight Rohit! The throttling setting are limited to 100 conversations and message within 24hours. I will increase the limit and see if it helps. Thanks!
