Using Claude 3.7 my chatbot froze, it is not responding. It hasn't happened too often, this was second time. Would this be able to resolve by myself (some kind of boot) of do you need to perform it?

Upon further investigation, we discovered that the issue was caused by one of the subprocessors we use for AI training: https://voyageai-status.statuspage.io/

VoyageAI's downtime was impacting other requests and causing intermittent failures. We've applied a fix, and while VoyageAI remains a strong choice for AI training, we've observed recurring outages—likely tied to rapid growth following their recent acquisition by MongoDB.

Not all projects rely on VoyageAI—we also offer alternatives such as training with OpenAI models. If you're still experiencing issues or wish to migrate to more reliable option, please let me know I’d be happy to take a closer look at your account.
