Hi, i've contacted you about email integration.
I was able to confirm the forward, however, it seems that the emails are not arriving. We have configured the system so that emails sent to our mail are forwarded to the yourgpt email, but no new emails are showing up in the inbox.
• Can you check if everything is working properly?
• When we receive a forwarded email, it appears that the sender displayed in YourGPT is the forwarding address rather than the original sender’s email. This is an issue because we can’t reply directly from the interface — the reply would go to the support email, making the forwarding useless. Would you have a solution for this problem?
Exemple: michael@gmail.com send to support@ourdomain.com who forward to Your GPT email ; on Your GPT the case should be from michael@gmail.com to allow answer directly, and not support@ourdomain.com
