We have started conversations with you about the agency plan, and I have received the contract, in which we proposed some changes. I sent it to Rohit few weeks ago but haven't heard about it since. Could you please check what is the situation in upgrading to the agency plan, as many customers at our end are depending on the upgrade.

And if this takes more time, I',m needing additional members to the bots meanwhile...

Hi @Sahil! Could you check this one. Also, I'm trying to duplicate the bot https://chatbot.yourgpt.ai/dashboard/d45c5ad8-230d-48bb-8687-78d60ae46ada/overview?tab=chatbot, and getting error "You don't have enough document limit to clone this project". However I have 80 documents of the limit available, whereas the bot I'm trying to duplicate has 55 documents in the training material.

It looks like your document limit is around 150, and you’ve currently used 125.

Thank you. And sorry, I already manually created the another bot by moving the docs directly to the new one. But the member limit raise helps a lot, thank you.
