We seem to be limited to 11 members where we should have 15 on it. Could that be looked into

When our payment failed, the AI chat service was immediately disabled, which left us without any AI coverage for a full day. To avoid this happening again, could the system be configured to retry failed payments more than once or provide a brief grace period? We understand the need to restrict service after failed payments, but a short delay would give us time to resolve any temporary card issues without service interruption — especially since this impacts our ability to support customers.
