I have just tested, AI seems working fine for me.

ok so here is the weird situation. the chatbot stopped replying on my computer, but it can still interacting in my collages computer (the same as on your computer). is there any setting or config in my computer that should be adjusted?

or is there any back door command that i can use to reset the chatbot in my browser?

i am thinking that the chatbot might be having a logic conlict or something

Can you please check the status of the conversation? If the chat is in operator mode or has been transferred to operator mode, then the AI will not respond.

You can check it in the conversation page

please open any conversation and on the top you will see the status of conversation, whether AI is active or operator is active for that chat

This is resolved conversation so the headerbar is showing conversation is resolved, and on the siderbar you have option to transfer to human means the AI is active for this chat.

For active chat, you will see the "Bot is active" or "Operator is active" on that palce

@Rohit Joshi sorry to ping you again. as i was testing the "Bot is active" or "Operator is active" on my company computer, it was working as expect. but when back to my personal computer (which is one that has issues), it still can't work properly. when i type something in the testing page, the message do not pop up in the conversation page

never mind. i just found the refresh button on the upper right corner. after refreshing the page, it works again. Thx!
