@Rohit Joshi sorry to ping you again. as i was testing the "Bot is active" or "Operator is active" on my company computer, it was working as expect. but when back to my personal computer (which is one that has issues), it still can't work properly. when i type something in the testing page, the message do not pop up in the conversation page

never mind. i just found the refresh button on the upper right corner. after refreshing the page, it works again. Thx!
