Hi YourGPT team, I am having a serious issue with my chatbot. As I was setting my chatbot to work 24/7, i was expecting it to reply customer's message none stop. However, as I checking the daily messages replied by chatbot, it shows that there is a big gap hours that chatbot did not reply any message. Can you please advise if there is any setting I missed to let chatbot not acting as expected?

Hello @Perry ,

If you want your chatbot to be available 24/7, simply remove all time slots. By default, the bot operates round the clock when no slots are specified.

ok, i have deselected all the check box and save the setting. Supposedly, this will let the chatbot work 24/7 right?
